Paper Cups and Food Containers Division
6 sets double wall paper cups forming machines, 34 sets German-made fully integrated and auto mated paper cup / food container forming and packing lines.
Auto packing lines for finished cups directly into sleeves that prevent any foreign objects may come in contact with the finished goods. The monthly paperboard plastic coating capacity of our laminating line is 5,000 metric tons.
Plastic Cups and Food Containers Division
2 PROGRESSIVE IN-LINE PLANTS, the true "production island" comprising all operational components that transform the raw material granules into the finished product.
11 EXTRUDERS equipped with 4,500 tons of capacity per month with raw materials selection from PET, RPET, PLA, PP & PS, 21 HIGH SPEED THERMOFORMERS which produce plastic cups (PET, PLA, PP clear cold drink cups) and containers. Total capacity up to 200 million pcs per month. Currently, the Eco-friendly material we use for production are RPET and PLA, the monthly capacity of RPET and PLA products is 400 tons each.
Printing Capability
Four 6-color Van Dam printing machines for plastic cups and containers. Four German Heidelburg UV offset printing machines that print up to 5-color and 6-color FLEXO machine for paper cups and containers to meet your printing requirements. We manage all design and print services in-house.
